Reporting to the 2nd Avenue C-Store Team Leader responsibilities for this position include:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system (POS), pumps, propane, and carwash.
Receive, price and display merchandise as required as assigned.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
