Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular mobile patrols of assigned locations using a company vehicle.
Monitor and inspect premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on patrol activities, incidents, and observations.
Maintain communication with dispatch and other security personnel.
Provide customer service and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Report maintenance issues or hazards encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Completion of the Saskatchewan Justice Approved Security Guard Training Course with a minimum score of 75% on the provincial exam.
Clean criminal record (must provide a criminal record check).
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
Mobile patrols conducted in company-provided vehicle.
Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
May involve long periods of driving and walking.
