What You Will Do: As a Human Resources Associate, you will play a key role in our commitment to excellence by leading and coordinating HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and human resources administrative tasks, such as benefits, WCB, filing, employee movement, and metric tracking. In addition, you will provide coverage for payroll and scheduling when required. You will ensure compliance with company policies, collective agreements, and relevant federal and provincial regulations.
Who You Are: You are detail oriented and a team player, who will take on new tasks and provide additional support without direction. You prioritize tasks and have excellent communication skills. You have business diploma in human resources (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). You have relevant experience in healthcare and/or a unionized environment. In addition to experience in human resources and payroll administration. You have strong integrity and a high level of confidentiality.
Pay Range: 3 Provincial Out-of-Scope Employees Pay Schedule | Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc.
