In this multifaceted role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and submitting invoices, managing accounts receivable, supporting bookkeeping tasks, and facilitating seamless coordination among our dispatcher, sales team, and management. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and excel in communication, with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers and address inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Directing to the direct department or person when other team members are needed to properly handle the customer call.
Customer Invoices: Accurately review completed job invoices and payments to customers, ensuring proper amounts have been invoiced and proper payments have been collected. Correct invoicing or payment errors where needed. Prepare, send and collect payment for invoices when not completed by a technician.
Bookkeeping Support: assist bookkeeping with invoicing review, customer collections, and inputting data into QuickBooks Online
Administrative Support: Provide support to the management team on various administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and assisting with company initiatives, as needed.
