Schulte Industries is currently looking for a motivated individual to join as a Cycle Counter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Independently and accurately count inventory items as determined by
  JDE system generated reports daily, and as defined by
  Schulte and Alamo Group count protocol.
* Coordinate whole goods count on a quarterly basis.
* Investigate inventory variances.
* Report potential inventory problems to

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Independently and accurately count inventory items as determined by
  JDE system generated reports daily, and as defined by
  Schulte and Alamo Group count protocol.
* Coordinate whole goods count on a quarterly basis.
* Investigate inventory variances.
* Report potential inventory problems to the Inventory Control Supervisor.
* Monitor internal processes related to product identification, warehousing, and inventory accuracy against documented procedures and planned arrangements.  Report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor.
* Work with other departments to find short term and long-term solutions to chronic variances

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* High school diploma or GED certificate required.  
* Knowledge of Schulte Products or inventory control experience would be considered an asset.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
* Ability to coordinate multiple activities
* Ability to perform basic math calculations
* Computer skills is an asset
* Good problem-solving skills
* Must be able to take instruction and be willing to develop skills and understanding of inventory control.
