Employment Terms: Full-Time
Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Manage all phases of industrial capital projects ($1MM$10MM USD), including engineering, permitting, execution, and commissioning.
- Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across multiple projects; conduct stage-gate reviews for governance.
- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases; lead front-end planning and risk assessments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and change orders with external parties.
- Enforce Safety, Health & Environment standards

- Prepare feasibility studies and business cases; lead front-end planning and risk assessments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and change orders with external parties.
- Enforce Safety, Health & Environment standards through field audits and continuous learning.
- Coordinate project handover into operations, master data, and reliability initiatives.
- Implement ISO 55000 asset management practices and develop long-term renewal plans.
- Support failure investigations and track corrective actions for improvement.
- Enhance project tools, dashboards, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams; provide clear project updates.
- Assist with strategic and annual planning to align with corporate and asset objectives.
Youll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering with a minimum of five to eight years experience in project management or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer (APEGS).
- PMP or other relevant designations are considered an asset.
- Ability to travel to various international terminal and port locations.
