MGBHLM First Nation is looking for a Full-Time Janitor to provide custodial services to the Band Hall. Duties include conduct janitorial duties daily to ensure that the Band Hall is kept clean. Ensures a safe and hygienic environment through regular daily, weekly and seasonal maintenance of the facility and its contents.

Ensures a safe and hygienic environment through regular daily, weekly and seasonal maintenance of the facility and its contents.

Responsibilities
Conduct janitorial duties daily to ensure that the areas of interest are kept clean.  
Sweep and wash all floors as required.
Remove garbage to a central place for disposal.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floor and walls).
Ensure the continued supply of bathroom accessories (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and deodorizer).
Dust ledges and other cabinetry and equipment.
Wash walls and windows.
Encourage Band members to cooperate in keeping their areas and buildings clean.
Check doors and windows to ensure the buildings are locked and that all equipment is turned off after use.
Report any maintenance problems or required supplies to the direct supervisor.
Keep inventory supplies that are needed and ordered in stock.

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent.  
Must have a valid class 5 drivers license.
Punctual and reliable.
First Aid /CPR C; WHMIS;
Must be willing to learn additional custodial duties.
