Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations and ensure quality service delivery
Develop, monitor, and evaluate program services, objectives, and outcomes
Manage program budgets, expenses, and financial reporting; report to the Board and the Executive Director
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, evaluations, and performance management
Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with accreditation requirements
Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement program changes and maintain organizational

Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement program changes and maintain organizational vision
Oversee client intake, orientation, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge processes
Ensure accurate and timely completion of treatment plans, case notes, and program documentation
Prepare and submit required operational, fiscal, and grant-related reports
Liaise with community partners and participate in interagency and community meetings
Advocate for client needs and support recovery, aftercare, and community reintegration
Ensure relative safety, well-being, and quality of care within the program
Participate in on-call responsibilities as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must have a Business Administration or Human Services-related background or certification in a related field of study.
Minimum 3-year experience in supervising 20+ employees
Knowledge and previous experience in child program development is crucial.
Extensive knowledge of therapeutic treatment program processes
Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be able to provide monthly financial & written program reports to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors of the MLCFA.
The candidate should have experience in creating funding proposals and proposal writing
