Job Summary:
Extrude concrete from Gomaco 6300 and 3600 for sidewalk, curb and gutter, monolithic walk, swale, etc. Transport and re-location of slip form pavers to various job sites and maintenance shop. Set up and adjustments to perform various slip form profiles. Provide maintenance and service for daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain, adjust and repair steering and grade sensors.
-Adjust, repair and replace hydraulic lines, pumps and rams.
-Maintain, repair and replacement of conveyor belts.
-Remove, replace or add trimmer segments according to different curb, walk and road profiles.
-Mounting and changing vibrators in forms.
-Maintain and repair three hydraulic powered gear driven crawler tracks and steering controls.
-Trouble shoot electrical circuits, amplifiers, computer cables, lines, running lights, fuse boxes and emergency stop buttons.
-Daily maintenance and repairs to 138 and 73.9 kilowatt diesel engines.
-Ensure slip form pavers run at optimal performance at all times.
Abilities Required:
-Hold Drivers License, or have ability to obtain one.
-Read and understand blueprints and grade sheets.
-A strong mechanical, electrical and/or engineering background is a must for this position. Previous years of experience and desire to learn will be considered.
-Take courses as required to upgrade skills.
-Must be able to oversee and ensure quality of workmanship.
-Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
-Ability to participate in site meetings and give input to achieve goals of Engineers, Owners and our Company.
-Work overtime as required.
-Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment.
-Must work well with others, give direction as well as take direction.
-Be a team leader and team builder.
Wage dependent on experience. Range $15.35 - $30.00 per hour. Over Time after 8 hours.
