Reporting to the Manager Member Service, the Member Service Representative will have a genuine desire to respond to member requests. This position has the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering outstanding member service, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members. Please note that this position is regionally based and will require travel.
