Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our Regina Workforce Planning & Employment Strategies team. Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Planning & Employment Strategies, the Confidential Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to the efficient operations of Workforce Planning & Employment Strategies by providing timely and accurate confidential administrative support.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative support position
Education
- Grade 12 plus graduation from an approved Office Education training program
Knowledge and Abilities
- Exercise sound judgment under pressure
- Ability to effectively manage a large volume of work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet and power point
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent public relations skills
