Build repair quotes, advise on required repairs, take orders, schedule appts, monitor service progress.  Record customer details and transactions.  Calculate charges, process payments. Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances. Work with and maintain a good working relationship with the service technicians. Other misc job related duties as assigned.
