Labourer/Welder's Helper

Job Description
Right Choice Energy Services Inc. (RCESI) is currently accepting applications for Labourers/Welder Helpers to join our team in Moose Jaw, SK.
Reporting to the shop/site Supervisor(s), responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reporting fit for duty at the onset of each shift
Supporting the completion of mechanical or structural fabrication activities as directed
Performing set up and clean

Reporting to the shop/site Supervisor(s), responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reporting fit for duty at the onset of each shift
Supporting the completion of mechanical or structural fabrication activities as directed
Performing set up and clean up tasks
Performing piping bolt up
Loading and unloading trailers
Safely operating tools and equipment as required
Transporting material between shops and worksites
Competently rig and signal lifting equipment once trained
General housekeeping duties
Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will be:
Safety conscious and meet all safety requirements
Capable of performing the physical requirements of the job, including lifting greater than 20lbs, working at heights safely from a scaffold or aerial work platform and demonstrating worksite mobility
In possession of or able to obtain a valid First Aid & H2S Certificate
Interested in enrolling, or working towards a welding or pipefitting apprenticeship would be considered an asset
Have a good working knowledge of multidiscipline activities (civil, structural, piping), or interested in learning
Willing to work extended hours/weekends as required
All applicants must be willing to travel throughout southern Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba and hold a valid and clean drivers license (ideally have a 5G license or are willing to obtain it)
This position is safety-sensitive; therefore, a pre-employment D & A test is required prior to hire.
