We are accepting applications for Casual Caretakers at St. Mary's and Sacred Heart School who are interested in working casual hours on an as needed basis. Casual Caretakers require the candidates to be available for shift work Monday to Friday.

Required Skills/Training:

Ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other caretaking staff to clean and maintain the school buildings and grounds

We are accepting applications for Casual Caretakers at St. Mary's and Sacred Heart School who are interested in working casual hours on an as needed basis. Casual Caretakers require the candidates to be available for shift work Monday to Friday.

Required Skills/Training:

Ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other caretaking staff to clean and maintain the school buildings and grounds in accordance with the Division policies and procedures.
Previous caretaking experience in a school or other business environment would be an asset.
Physically fit and able to handle various tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, turning, and climbing and have the ability to do periodic heavy lifting.
Possess a Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) would be considered an asset.
CPR/First Aid would be considered an asset.
Requirements:

Familiarity and understanding of the practices of the Roman Catholic Faith
Recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check upon employment.
