Have strong organizational skills and can maintain accurate records
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Development or a related field is preferred; relevant prior experience in the Early Years sector will be considered
Valid drivers abstract
Police Clearance and Vulnerable Sector Check
Skills and Abilities:
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with families and community partners
Work independently with minimal supervision
Effectively manage time and workload
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Develop and implement early childhood and family-focused programming
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
Understand and follow oral and written instructions
Use current technology and software
Contribute positively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
