Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement

Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements

Ensure full compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations, including those set by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Hours of Service (HOS) rules, and cargo handling standards.

Oversee the performance and maintenance of trucks, trailers and onboard systems including GPS tracking, ELDs. Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair work to ensure fleet reliability, roadworthiness, and safety.
