Key Responsibilities
Maintain CRM records in HubSpot and generate sales and order reports
Enter and manage sales and parts orders in Intuitive ERP
Prepare invoices, process payments, and confirm freight charges
Track trailer builds and provide customer updates
Handle parts orders via phone and online requests
Respond to customer and dealer inquiries on availability, specs, and timelines
Coordinate shipping, freight scheduling, and documentation
Manage dealer inventory and restocking
Prepare custom quotes and support product configuration
Assist with warranty claims, recalls, and regulatory compliance
