What You Bring
Experience in slaughter, meat cutting, or custom processing
Strong knife skills and whole-animal knowledge
Understanding of food safety and inspection standards
Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Plant, custom, or retail butchery or farm butchering experience is a Must
