WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Greet all individuals who enter the dealership in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
Stocking of vehicles  making files, tagging keys, creating window hangers
Maintain organized filling system for dealership documents related to sales, service work orders, bank deposits and other items
Preparing daily deposit through reconciliation of transactions and batch terminals
Assist with issuing cheque requests, loading gift cards and inputting payable invoices into accounting software
Order required dealership supplies
Assist in maintaining a clean work environment in key high touch point areas such as reception, customer lounge and key room

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Minimum completion of Grade 12
Ability to provide coverage on short notice
Energy, passion, and professional
