We are looking for someone who can deeply understand each business, think like an internal team member, and build custom, performance-driven marketing systems that generate real revenue and measurable ROI.
Initially, the focus will be on two core companies, with potential to expand scope as results and systems mature.
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
Strategic, hands-on, and performance-oriented
Looks and feels like true in-house marketing
Heavy upfront involvement to build foundations properly
Not a social media VA
Not a template-based content poster
Not a set it and forget it ad manager
We fully understand that hours and workload will be higher at the beginning while strategies, campaigns, content systems, and tracking are being built. We are comfortable dedicating full-time hours upfront to get this right, with the expectation that the role becomes more optimized and focused over time.

Strategy & Business Understanding
Deeply learn each companys products, customers, margins, and goals
Build custom digital marketing strategies tailored to each business
Decide where to advertise (Google, Meta, or other channels) based on logic, not trends
