Job Description
The Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, culturally responsive instruction to support student learning and achievement. This role plans and implements curriculum, assesses student progress, and creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The Teacher works collaboratively with school staff, families, and the community while respecting First Nation values, traditions, and educational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver instruction

This role plans and implements curriculum, assesses student progress, and creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. The Teacher works collaboratively with school staff, families, and the community while respecting First Nation values, traditions, and educational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and deliver instruction aligned with provincial curriculum.
Develop lesson plans and learning activities that meet diverse student needs.
Assess, evaluate, and report on student progress
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and school staff.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
Support Staff well-being and inclusive education practises.
Integrate culturally relevant and community-based learning where appropriate.
Supervise students as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Education
Valid Saskatchewan Professional Teaching Certificate
Be registered with the Saskatchewan Teachers Professional Regulatory Board (STPRB)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Knowledge of First Nation education and culture is an asset.
