Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and operations management in overseeing the organizations real estate and operating companies performance. Provide financial leadership in managing budgets and finances, developing policies and cost efficiencies.
- Identify prospective land, properties and commercial buildings for sale and/or development. Prepare financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.
- Work closely with the General Contractor during property improvement and development projects.
- Collaborate with property managers at sites and liaise with third party property management firms.
- Be involved within the community, build relationships, communicate with customers, community and business. representatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business, finance, real estate or a related field. An equiv of education and experience will be considered.
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate, construction/project management and/or property/operations management. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and business case development.
- Experience managing construction or capital improvement projects.
Hours of work: Mon-Friday 8-5:00 with flexibility due to workload and project needs. Travel within Regina and areas within Sask. Senior management level salary, benefits, parking, growth opportunities and more!
