We are looking for motivated individuals to join our summer painting team! Searching for the hardest-working, most driven students (or student-aged people) who want to be a part of an awesome group and earn what they are worth. This season our team will be responsible for painting 100+ homes/businesses.
COMPENSATION: Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $22-25/hour, with our average painter making $22/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $13,000 to $15,000 working from early May to late August.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Fast paced, fun environment
Hands on experience in customer service and communication
Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people
Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together!
Training is provided, so no experience is necessary!
We are currently hiring PAINTERS - a full-time hourly summer job that can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company (CREW LEADER, OPERATOR).
PAINTER: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer.

REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work full-time throughout much of the summer
Have own transportation (job site locations change frequently)
Manual labour in the summer heat, including ladder work
BENEFITS:
Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on proven skill after start date.
Bonuses will depend on performance and the criteria established by the Owner.
