Job Description

Position Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including labour relations, recruitment. Employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Lead all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, policy development, benefits administration, and employee records management
