What You'll Be Doing:

Helping maintain a safe and respectful environment for all
Using your situational awareness to identify and respond to potential issues
De-escalating conflicts with empathy and professionalism
Building positive relationships with community members and staff
Communicating clearly and kindly in both routine and urgent situations
Working as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment
What Were Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a security, safety, or community support role
Friendly, respectful, and kind personality
Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Preference given to those with a valid security license
