The Position:
- Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
- Prepare and explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
- Coordinate move-in and move-out process
- Manage tenant and public inquiries, problems, complaints, and concerns
- Prepare and monitor banking statements, review financial reports and investigate discrepancies
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Ability to manage stressful situations, problem solve, and manage conflict
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, some experience in a property management environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
