The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work on our properties, from interior repairs and upkeep to exterior site maintenance and minor landscaping needs, where needed.  On a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Field Supervisor, Maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work on our properties, from interior repairs and upkeep to exterior site maintenance and minor landscaping needs, where needed.  On a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Field Supervisor, Maintenance. In addition, this position will also work directly with the Property Managers to ensure a seamless resident experience.

The candidate must have:
- Two to three (2-3) years of maintenance, renovation, construction, or related experience.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship).
