Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all store managers and frontline supervisors across multiple retail locations.
Develop, implement, and monitor standardized operational procedures and performance targets.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and community engagement.
Oversee operational budgets, financial performance, and expense controls for all divisions.
Conduct site visits, audits, and compliance inspections to ensure accountability and adherence to standards.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, environmental standards, and retail licensing requirements.
Identify and implement strategies for increased sales, margin growth, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Retail Inventory Manager to align stock planning, promotions, and supply strategies.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to the General Manager.
Develop and lead training programs for store managers and staff to enhance performance and service quality.
Mentor and evaluate store management teams through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Promote teamwork and effective communication among management and staff across all stores.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community stakeholders, and local partners.
Lead and support contingency and emergency response planning for retail operations.
Contribute to KGBs strategic planning, business development, and expansion initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Preferably a Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Commerce.
Minimum 57 years of progressive retail management experience (multi-site or multi-department preferred).
Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence.
Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret reports, KPIs, and budgets.
