The Incumbent provides supervision and direction to a large staff comprised of full and part-time employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
    Preference will be given to applicants with Post secondary education in recreation, leisure services, sport management, or a related field; consideration may be given to applicants with a combination of education and experience.
    Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence

EXPERIENCE
    In program management
    Customer service
    In aquatic programming, facility operations, or lifeguard supervision
