Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Support and process compliance activities, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Ensure timely return of KYC documents and collaborate with the marketing team on required reviews.
- Manage documentation follow-up, handle inquiries, perform data administration, and review compliance records.
- Coordinate with the legal and marketing teams on compliance-related matters and follow-up to ensure completion.
- Provide support to the credit

- Provide support to the credit team as needed with various administrative and compliance tasks.
You Have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors Degree or Diploma program. Studies in Business, International Business or a related field are considered an asset.
- Experience in an office or customer service-related position.
- Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortability using excel.
You Bring:
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately proofread documents.
