Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Wilcox, SK. As a Repair & Maintenance Technician you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications:

- Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience such as; troubleshooting mechanical issues, identifying root causes, performing safety checks, and performing corrective repairs
- Journeyman Electrician or Millwright experience is considered an asset but not required
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and heights
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy
- A valid driver's licence is required
- An agricultural background would be considered an asset
