Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, ensure a welcoming experience, address inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Processing sales and handling cash, operating cash registers and other electronics, balancing the cash register, data entry, generating required reports.
- General Duties: Maintain an organized workspace, stock shelves, assist with various tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or Cashier experience preferred.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift items and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
- Attention to detail.
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong team player.
