Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Manager at our Swift Current branch. This position will overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department.  
The Service Manager will provide leadership to a department of professionally trained Service Technicians, Foreman, and Service Administration staff.

Key Abilities:
- Leading and supporting a team of service technicians and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Building strong customer relationships and providing timely solutions
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry
- Inspired to identify and capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the service industry


Ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Having a Journeyperson certificate in a related field would be beneficial but not necessary
