The Cargo Agent is responsible for the general oversight, direction, and coordination of cargo operations. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the shipment of cargo in and out of the terminal, ensuring that all shipments are picked up and delivered in a safe, accurate and timely manner, and confirming all paperwork is completed and fees are collected, while

The Cargo Agent is responsible for the general oversight, direction, and coordination of cargo operations. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the shipment of cargo in and out of the terminal, ensuring that all shipments are picked up and delivered in a safe, accurate and timely manner, and confirming all paperwork is completed and fees are collected, while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all Transport Canada regulations.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position include a high school diploma, with one to two years' progressive customer service experience or related role. Previous work experience or training in aviation is considered an asset.
