What youll do:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the manager in the day to day operations as well as providing effective leadership and coaching (through ongoing feedback and formal performance reviews) and set direction for direct reports, preparing and administering sales, margin, expenses, inventory, and ensuring that all merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and loss prevention standards are maintained. The Assistant Manager is also responsible to assist with ensuring that claims, invoices and all other administration paperwork is done in a timely manner
