Job Description: Under the direction of the Home Care Home First Manager, the Registered Nurse carries major responsibilities in providing nursing services in the home; collaborates as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in assessing needs, setting priorities for care and developing standards for care; participates in educational programs and performance evaluation process; promotes good public relations and participates, as required, in studies and research projects within the Home Care Program.

Experience
- Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Information
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Travel within the region and provincially
