You supportive role will assist our team at INTAKE, creating files,dispatching health CLAIMS, scheduling, correspondence, follow-up & phone etiqutte. You will coordinate daily operations in a busy office,ensuring a smooth workflow across multiple projects. Manageconfidential information with the highest discretion.
This role requires basic medical knowledge,fluent ability to read, write,speak English and have comprehensive understanding in order to be able to dispatch CLAIMS appropriately. Your skill entails anticipating needs & solving problems quickly. You are a critical thinker who can make sound decisions quickly. Organization is your super skill! You will also support financial processes such as invoicing, data,record management. Proven above-average organizational skills, you thrive on managing multiple priorities without dropping the details.
You MUST BE Tech-savy with strong Microsoft365 (Outlook,Word,Excel,SharePoint,Teams) with minimum assistance, We require a minimum typing speed of 65wpm.
Consistently delivers 1.5 HOURS of productivity in every hour worked and is rewarded accordingly. THIS IS IN AN PERSON - IN OFFICE ROLE. MUST LIVE IN SASKATOON AND EASY TRAVEL DISTANCE.MON-FRI 8AM-5PM. Personal cover letter required- NO AI please.
