We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and outgoing IRS Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Cultural Program. About the position: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records, reports and complex filing; Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, special projects and events; Take detailed minutes at various meetings; Assist in coordination and development of reports and proposals by compiling documents; Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12; Certificate in Administrative or Office Education preferred; Combination of education and experience may be considered; Experience and knowledge with computers and office equipment is an asset;
