We are seeking a dedicated and expereinced Pool Manager @ Oungre Memorial Regional Park to oversee ooperations at our community swimming facility. The ideal candidate will deomonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for aquatic safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages

Supervising lifeguard staff
Scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage
Ensuring compliance with local health regulations

Responsibilities:
Supervising lifeguard staff
Scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage
Ensuring compliance with local health regulations
Scheduling and organizing swimming lessons
Position entails manager duties & regular lifeguarding
Written monthly reports during the season for the Park Board
Continued communication with the Roundhouse staff (swim passs,lessons, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Applications should posses current lifeguard and first aid certifications
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
