The Plumber/Gasfitter troubleshoots, plans, schedules, and maintains heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in the mill.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine planned, predictive and corrective maintenance on heating and HVAC systems.
Plan and schedule air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance for HVAC service provider.
Plan maintenance in conjunction with Supply Chain and Operations personnel.
Investigate new technologies with vendors.
Troubleshoot, with other mill personnel, operational and maintenance issues.

Optimize performance of equipment in collaboration with Operations and Engineering personnel to enhance mill operation.
Develop and implement reliability integrity strategies for equipment.

Qualifications:
Completion of a Journeyperson (Red Seal) ticket.
Saskatchewan General Gas Fitting license or eligibility to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Planning and scheduling experience with SAP or other enterprise business software.
Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work in a team environment.

There is an expectation of providing overtime as required to meet emergency mill needs and for scheduled mill outages. Journeyman/Woman Plumber also provides routine scheduled shift coverage (shared equitability with team).
