In this leadership role, youll apply advanced engineering expertise to complex traffic challenges while guiding a team of talented professionals. Youll oversee major projects, shape policy and standards, and play a key role in designing and managing the Citys traffic systemsfrom signals

Youll oversee major projects, shape policy and standards, and play a key role in designing and managing the Citys traffic systemsfrom signals and communications networks to signage and pavement markings. Your work will directly support a safer, more efficient, and more vibrant Regina.
What You Bring
-A University degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
-Minimum 8 years of professional experience in traffic or transportation engineering.
-Registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada (APEGS within one year).
-Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
-Expertise in traffic engineering standards, best practices, and analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, SYNCHRO, EMME/III).
-PTOE certification preferred; RSP certification considered an asset.
-Valid Class 5 drivers license.
