This position has the ability to be based out of various Saskatchewan locations.

The experience you bring:
Diploma or equivalent postsecondary education in Human Resources or a related field
6 years of diverse HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR business partnertype role. A combination of HR and business experience may be considered.
Expert knowledge in Change Leadership (Prosci Certification is an asset)
Expert level of virtual and inperson facilitation skillsperson facilitation skills
Intermediate knowledge in adult learning principles and learning design
Current in Organizational Development industry trends and best practices
