Profile Description: Competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, groups and families with health-care needs ranging from uncomplicated to complex and rapidly changing status. Demonstrates a caring approach which reflects and incorporates expertise.
Job Description:
Including but not limited to:
- Creating, updating and reviewing Care Plans

- Documenting LTC-F

- Scheduling and facilitating care conferences

- Process Admissions/Discharges

- Assisting with Outbreak procedures

- Assisting with Physician rounds

- Assist with ordering medical supplies

- Reporting to Infection Control

- General Nursing Duties

Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses:
Memberships:
- Good standing with CRNS

Other Education and Training:
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
