Hours of Work: 34 weekly  1p to 10p - on rotation  working two weekends a month

Program Description
The Semi-Independent Living Program (SILP) provides trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and harm-reductive housing for youth aged 16-21 who are transitioning from Ministry of Social Services (MSS) care toward independent adulthood.
SILP operates within YWCAs continuum of care, bridging shelter, housing, and youth development and is integrated
