Our firm primarily practices in real estate, corporate & commercial law, and wills & estates. While we maintain a strong solicitor focus, we would encourage an associate to develop their own areas of interest and build a practice aligned with their professional goals. Due to continued client demand, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume active work and take on increasing responsibility as their practice develops and client base grows.

Compensation/Structure
Competitive and flexible compensation arrangements (which may include base salary plus percentage of fees collected)

Reasonable billable expectations set collaboratively, not arbitrarily, in line with your goals
Ideal Candidate
1 to 5 years call to the Saskatchewan Bar (or eligible for admission), although we would also welcome more experienced lawyers
Interest or experience in real estate, corporate & commercial, estate planning, and estates
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow
Self-motivated, strong communication skills, and client-focused approach
Interested in a long-term opportunity within a small firm environment
