We are seeking responsible motivated Junior and Senior Lifeguards to ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable aquatic environment for all patrons
Responsibilities:
Supervise swimmers and enforce facility rules and safety regulations
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
Perform water rescues and provide First Aid/CPR if required
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool deck and surrounding areas
Complete safety checks and incident reports regularly

Qualifications:
Current Bronze Medalion and Bronze Cross for Junior Lifeguards
Current Lifeguard Certification(NL or equivalent) for Senior Lifeguards
Instrutors will require the Swim for Life certifications
Valid CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification for all lifeguards
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must meet minimum age requirements as per certification standards
