Whether you're providing quotes, managing inventory, delivering parts or handling shipping and receiving, your role is essential.
You don't need to be a parts expert to start, we're happy to train the right person. If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful service and build strong customer relationships.
- Research and identify the right parts and solutionsproblem-solving is key!
- Keep inventory organized and displays stocked to support in-store sales.
- Work across all areas of the store: sales counter, shipping/receiving, warehouse, and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
- Outgoing, people-first personality and a passion for helping customers.
- Comfortable working in a team-based, collaborative environment.
- Clear and confident communication skillson the phone and in person.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Valid drivers license and openness to forklift training (we'll provide it).
- Prior customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
