Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals for campers and guests
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Assist with inventory management
Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations
Provides customer service, take orders, and handles cash/debit transactions safely and accurately
Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedule
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred
