Welcome campers and visitors with a positive attitude
Coordinate staff schedules
Monitor entry and exit at the campground gate
Verify reservations and provide information about campground facilities and amenities
Ensure campground rules and safety policies

Welcome campers and visitors with a positive attitude
Coordinate staff schedules
Monitor entry and exit at the campground gate
Verify reservations and provide information about campground facilities and amenities
Ensure campground rules and safety policies are followed
Assist with site check-ins and direct guests as needed
Collect fees, process payments, and balance daily cash totals
Handle campground fees using cash debit and electronic payment systems
Communicate regularly and effectively with the Park Administrator regarding daily operations
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and handle cash transactions
Basic computer knowledge is an asset including MS Word and MS Excel
Previous experience in a campground or hospitality setting preferred
