As a Youth Care Worker, you will be a key player in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. You will work alongside participants to help them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Your role will involve fully engaging in all aspects of the group living experience, offering both emotional and physical support while being a positive role model.
Qualifications:
Education and Professional Certification
* Completion of a High school diploma.
* A certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC) or a related field is an asset.
Experience
* At least one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults with behavioral, cognitive, mental health, or developmental challenges.
Skills and Characteristics:
